The Administrative Board gratefully acknowledges the possibility to use the venue at no costs for the MCFA and in particular the invaluable help of Prof. Marco Dorigo and Mr. Max Manfrin with the local organisation of the meeting.

Access

• By taxi: A ride from/to the Airport takes 20 mins off peeks and costs about 25 Euro. A ride from/to any train station takes 15 mins off peeks and costs about 10 Euro.

• By public transport: From the Aiport, take a train to Brussels' Central station (every 20 mins + 20 mins trip). From the Central rail station, take bus 71 to the university: U.L.B., campus Solbosh (every 15 mins + 30 mins trip). From the North or South rail stations, take tram 90 or 23 to Buyl (every 15 mins + 30 mins trip), then walk up avenue Buyl to the university.   Room for 4 or 5 persons per night is 8,56 EUR
  Room for 2 or 3 persons per night is 11,00 EUR

  The rental of blankets is obligatory and is charged at 4,20 EUR per bed (to be paid once for the entire stay).
