In an increasingly difficult job market, correct presentation and submission of your candidature represents the key to an interview and proving you are the best person for the position. However, to ensure that your resume passes the selection procedure is not a trivial task. The average open position receives over 200 applications and the recruiter may look at your resume for less than one minute, so they have to be immediately convinced by what they see, that you are worth talking too. These new webpages have been formulated by MCFA members who have been through this process, and following on from recent questions are sharing their experiences and tips.
