OPENINGS FOR 3 YEARS Ph.Ds IN CHEMISTRY AT ISIS-ULP
We are
searching highly motivated young scientists with a background in
chemistry (supramolecular chemistry, physical chemistry, materials
chemistry) or physics (solid state physics) that are interested in
performing a 3 years Ph.D in Chemistry within the Early Stage Training
Marie Curie
project entitled “Supramolecular devices at surfaces”
(SUPER). (www.isis-ulp.org/super)
The young
researcher appointed within SUPER will be embedded in an extremely
interdisciplinary stimulating atmosphere. The activity of the PhD
work will be in the field of nanoscale science and nanotechnology.
Previous experience in the fields of supramolecular chemistry,
Scanning Probe Microscopies,
E-beam lithography, Focussed Ion Beam, self-assembly at surfaces,
electrical measurements will be taken into account.
The
applicant must be a national of a Member State of the Community, of
an Associated State or of a third country. Moreover the applicant may
not have resided or carried out her/his main activity in France
for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately
prior to her/his appointment.
Researcher
must be in the first 4 years (full-time equivalent) of her/his
research activity since gaining a university degree giving her/him
the access to doctoral studies in the country in which it was
obtained.
A policy to promote both gender equality will be undertaken.
