Hi Leonid,
Very interesting point. I think there is nothing wrong with providing all 
information required - you will stay out of trouble at least. These things 
may be difficult to hide, the scientific world is small. I do not think this 
decreases your chances, it may even be considered positive. For projects it 
is in general easier to require additional funding if you already have one 
secured. Of course, if the grants are mutually exclusive, you should refuse 
one, but nobody will be angry for that.
