TITLE:            Vacancies: PhD student (Research Associate) in Business
Administration
ABSTRACT:         International University Bremen (IUB) and the Jacobs
Center for Lifelong Learning and Institutional Development invite
applications for the position of a PhD student (Research Associate) in
Business Administration at the WISE research group. The application
deadline is April 18th.

We are searching to welcome a new team member with a strong interest in
the fields of strategy, organization (including knowledge and change
management) as well as innovation.

Necessary qualifications are:
- Advanced academic degree (e.g. master's degree such as MBA or Diplom)
with outstanding grading
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interest in applied impactful research and academic career
- Distinguished GMAT scores appreciated

IUB is the first - and still only - private university in Germany
accredited in 2001 by the National Science Council (Wissenschaftsrat).
There is a vivid collaboration and exchange with other top universities
such as Cambridge, Oxford and Harvard. Study fees as a Ph.D. student are
Euro 20 000 per year but can be entirely waived for top applicants (equals
a scholarship for Euro 60 000).

The position is for a duration of two years with the chance to extend the
period for an additional year. The third year is envisioned to be pursued
as a visiting scholar at Harvard Business School, Harvard University. It
is aimed to prepare the applicant for obtaining an Assistant Professorship
at a leading University. The position is available immediately.
