The International Science and Technology Centre (ISTC) is an
intergovernmental, organization established in Moscow whose primary
purpose is to promote peaceful collaborative science as an
alternative to the proliferation of WMD expertise and to help the
transition to a market economy in the Russian Federation and in six
other CIS countries. Current Funding Parties are the European Union,
the United States, Japan, Canada, Korea and Norway.

The ISTC Secretariat is now seeking for a highly qualified candidate
for the position of

Senior Project Manager (Biotechnology and Life Sciences)

Persons applying to this SPM position must have EU citizenship,
higher education (preferably PhD) in one of the Bio or Life Sciences
disciplines and at least seven years of experience in related basic
or applied research and in project management. The candidate should
be acquainted with modern methods of cellular and molecular biology,
have knowledge of human, animal or plant physiology and pathology and
be experienced in international collaboration, preferably with
Russian or CIS research institutions.

Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Russian is highly desirable.
