                     Assistant Position

is available in the department of mathematics. The position
is to be filled after 01. November 2005. The appointment will be
for a period of three years, with the possibility of extension.

Duties comprise research in Geometry or Topology and
teaching (4 credit hours per semester). Salary will be
according to the german BAT IIa level, PhD being required.
The successful candidate will be expected to join the
research group "Gauge theory and Topology".
