I would like to draw your attention to the

EARMA Annual Conference 24 - 26 June 2004 in Bucharest:
"Research Management and Administration in a Changing World".

EARMA ("European Association of Research Managers and Administrators",
www.earma.org) is one the MCFA's partner organisations. The MCFA will be
represented at the conference by various of its members including myself.

Registration is now open, the deadline for the "Early Registration
discount" is 20 March 2004. For the registration form, the program and all
