"Personal Journeys" - two new articles from fellows in Sweden -Italy is next!!

Dear All,

this is just a short note to let you know that two more stories have just
been published in the feature "Personal Journeys" on Science's NextWave.
In these latest two additions to our series on Marie Curie fellows we hear
about the experiences of two fellows in Sweden:

Sassan Hafizi, originally from the UK, tells us why he chose Sweden for
his Marie Curie fellowship and why he is still there today, almost 5 years
down the road. Read about his experiences at

http://nextwave.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/2004/07/07/6

The second story is by Anu Reinart, who moved to Sweden from Estonia. The
Marie Curie Fellowship at Uppsala University gave her the opportunity to
work on a dream research area, environmental remote sensing, and to gain
confidence and independence as a researcher in her own right. Read more
about her "Personal Journey" at

http://nextwave.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/2004/07/07/5

Many thanks to both for taking part in this project!

For the next series of articles we are going to move south again: Italy is
next on the agenda! So if you are a Marie Curie fellow (past or present)
who has chosen Italy as her or his host country, and you would like to
share your experiences with the readers of Science's NextWave, then please
get in touch with Christina Vidinova at cvidinova@DROPMEmariecurie.org.
Christina is a member of the MCFA Advisory Board and the contact person
within the MCFA for the "Personal Journeys". She will be delighted to hear
from you and to help you get your story published!

Looking forward to reading you on Science's NextWave very soon,

Kind regards,
Dagmar
