Recognition of academic titles/SOLVIT

Dear Erik,

I wish you good luck. I think -as a lawyer- that this kind of recognition should be abolished or is violating EU law. In Greece we have it, too, but recently the responsible public authority changed a bit the recognition procedures resulting to a speedy recognition of titles originating from EU universities. In other countries, for instance in Germany, such a recognition does not exist in terms of prior control of the equivalence.
