career development plan

Hi,

I am writing the career development plan which has to be attached to
the host-researcher agreement. I have found the Word file on COSIS.

My question is if I have to attach both the one for the first year and
for final year now. To me it would seem more logical to attach now the
one for the first year and the other one to the report after the first
year, as in one year more things would become more precise in what
concerns final plans.
