Report on the IMPAFEL study published

Dear All,

the report on the IMPAFEL study ("Impact assessment of the Marie Curie
fellowships under the 4th and 5th Framework Programmes of Research and
Technological Development of the EU (1994-2002)") has just been posted on
the Commission's Marie Curie Actions website on Europa,

The report of 95 pages was prepared by Daphne Vandesande, Louise Ackers
and Bryony Gill. It contains a large amount of data and analysis on
perceived and objective impact of the fellowships, on mobility flows,
supervision and guidance of fellows, intersectoral exchanges and
post-fellowship career trajectories. A cross-cutting issue is the gender
aspect.

The report also provides some interesting background information on the
fellowship schemes in FP4 and FP5.
