 Dear Stan,

I don't have information on your particular case, but in many cases it
depends on where you stay more than half of the year - ie, more than 183
days. I don't assume you'll stay domiciliated in Belgium for your
Marie-Curie Fellowship? In that case, they'd be happy to give your
Fellowship to someone else who also actually moves to the foreign
country... 
Try to check the UK tax code for a minimum period, below which you can
stay taxed in your country of origin. I assume you're getting your money
from a British institution? Then, getting it taxed in Belgium might be
not very easy.
