Doubts concerning taxation in EIF

Dear all, I'm just writing to ask you something: Which expenses are subjected to taxation in UK?
-  Monthly living allowance (I'm sure of this)
-  Travel allowance
-  Mobility allowance
-  Career exploratory allowance.

On the other hand, does any of you how much (in percentage) is retained for taxation and social security coverage in UK?
