Re: [mcfa-int] Doubts concerning taxation in EIF

Dear Antonio,

According to this document

ftp://ftp.cordis.lu/pub/fp6/docs/eif_reporting_guidelines_160205.pdf

the first 3 expenses are taxable depending on taxation laws in the country of
your home institute. The fourth is not accoding to the EU (but e.g. still a
matter of debate in Germany!). I guess the EU liaison office (helpdesk) in
the UK can give you specific details on the taxation situtation in the UK.

The taxation system in the UK does not have, according to my knowledge, a
unique taxation percentage but different parts of your annual salary get
taxed at different rates, the UK helpdesk could also give you that info.
Sorry for not being able to help more...

Cheers,

Spyros._
