Intra-European nad Outgoing Fellowships

Dear All,

I am writing to you because I would like to obtain information regarding
MARIE CURIE ACTIONS grants. I come from Israel. I would like to apply to
both the Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships, and the Marie Curie
Outgoing Fellowships. Is that possible? Can apply for more than one host
within Europe Union? And outside? In case it is allowed, then where should 
I 
specify it in my application forms?
