Dear all, 

It's my pleasure to announce that the international mailing list is 
now open for postings. 

We have at the moment 92 subscribers with about 5 new subscribers 
every day.

The following table shows, which domains the e-mail addresses belong 
to :

    ES     10    FI      1    FR     11    GB      1    GR      3
    IT      5    NET     1    NL      3    NO      2    PT      1
    SE      9    UK     24

Welcome especially to the subscribers from Finland, Greece, Norway, 
and Portugal, where no national groups have been formed, yet.

I hope, that this mailing list can contribute to stimulate the 
formation of groups in these countries.

We invite everybody to contribute to the international dispute by 
sending messages to the list. Please note though, that this list 
should be used carefully. Please post only messages regarding topics 
of international scope.
