Dear Meinhard, Dear UK fellows and friends, Dear international 
public,

Recently several comments on the statutes have been written to the UK 
mailing list. Unfortunately I and also Danny Roobaert, who takes part 
in the swedish initiative on the renewal of the statutes were very 
busy the last weeks, so that we couldn't comment on the different 
opinions. 

In some kind of concentrated effort I have been writing a new 
document, which is partly thought as general guide line for the 
formation of national groups, but to a good part also the expression 
of my view on structure and activities of the association. It's 
certainly my hope, that the presented view can influence the 
new proposal of statutes. As time is short it might be reasonable to 
do the most important changes now and to rephrase the statutes at a 
later stage.

I ask you to subscribe to and to use the international mailing list 
as forum for the discussion on the statutes as this debate is truly 
european and should not be restricted to a minority of countries.
