[MCFA Int] statutes amendments

Dear all,

As discussed already several weeks now, there seems to be a agreement on
the change of the statutes on following points:

1) definition of national group in the statutes

2) abolishing the difference between associate and active members

However, I think this can cause serious problems in the future. I wrote
my remarks down in the attached document.

Hoping that this can be a basis for more discussions.
