[MCFA Int] Statutes Proposals for the MCFA

Dear members of the international mailing list,

Many thanks to all contributors to the statutes discussion. The 
presented documents provide an excellent basis for a satisfactory 
change of the statutes. I do though support Oliver's call for other 
contributions / suggestions at best now (!), as there won't be much 
time left until a new proposal for the statutes is submitted to the 
legal authorities. Note also, that the statutes will be discussed on 
the coming meeting of the national represenatives and the governing 
board in Brussels this friday.
