or
- ask your scientific supervisor to confirm your eligibility via email (the email should mention your name, the contract number and the dates of your fellowship).
You can register to get full access to all member benefits (e.g. disccounts in courses offered by MCFA, etc.) using our online payment. Details for membership fee payment are given on this page.
As soon as we have received the supporting information, we will treat your registration and you will become an MCFA affiliate. Upon receipt of your membership fee you will obtain genuine membership status, giving you full access to all member benefits.
Please note that current fellows can ask their host institution to pay the membership fee for them (for more information, click here).
There are two categories of membership, associate membership and full membership. If you have finished a fellowship of at least one year duration, or if you have received your doctorate following a Marie Curie fellowship, you can apply for full membership. If you are a current fellow, then your membership status will be "associate with voting rights". Once your fellowship is over, you can upgrade to full membership, provided you fulfil the conditions for it. Otherwise you remain an associate member but without voting rights.
